Google Email: We email using Gmail accounts and have groups set up so it's easy to message a department or the whole company!
Google Calendars: Your Google Calendar is, by default, shared with the whole team. Use it to schedule calls/meetings with other team members.
Google Drive: This is where we keep our internal working docs/drafts and spreadsheets
Notion: This is our main company 'wiki' All the main company documents live here, including how-to & reference docs.
**Slack:**We use this for all of our day-to-day communication. Check out some articles notes about how to stay sane using Slack. Make sure Slack doesn’t become a detriment to your productivity.
ClickUp: The whole team uses ClickUp for task management across departments. Each department handles this tools a little differently. You’ll have invitations in your company email inbox for the specific Space/List you need for your job.
Aryel: All members of Aryel’s Team get free Aryel account. Feel free to use your Aryel account for anything you’d like, even if it’s not work-related, as long as you follow our social media policy and code of conduct (which basically just says: don’t be a jerk). Even if you don’t have a personal need for the tool itself, please take the time to sign up and play around with the software to become familiar with the product.
